2K Management offers small and medium-sized companies competence, operational support, realizing new ideas, improve the Company's development or creating a practical platform for foreign companies who want to establish their business in Sweden.
We use SWOT as a strategic planning and strategic management technique to identify the Organizations current Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to business operations or project planning.
Based on the result of the SWOT analysis we create an action plan to outline actions needed to reach one or more goals. It can be defined as a sequence of steps that must be taken, or activities that must be performed well, for a strategy to succeed.
In this phase the Action plans gets executed. The strategies turn into defined activities, with timeframes, milestones and clear division of responsibilities.
After the Project is completed, we perform a systematic evaluation of the Project to determine the level of achievement of the Project goals. Together with the Customer we create a plan for future support and follow-up.
For over 12 years, we have worked together with small and medium-sized companies, to help them improve and streamline their businesses or to manage Projects on their behalf.
We are consultants with wide and varied skills and experience. We have worked in leading positions within various organizations and companies. Together we cover most different areas of responsibilities within a management group.
